we will discuss the various packages and rates with you and review all
contract and policy information.
Contracts
For your convenience, we have an online version of both our Limousine
and DJ Services contracts. These are strictly informative in nature and
will assist us as we work with you to reserve your desired services. Please
notice below the contract and policy information specific to each service
we provide.
Limousine
Services Contract (click

- Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be secured with
a credit card. If date is canceled more than two weeks in advance, the
client will be charged 50% of the fee. If date is canceled less than
two weeks prior to the date, client will be charged the full amount
of the fee.
- The client agrees to pay for any damage to the limousine, such as
but not limited to: rips, tears, stains, spills, burns, or other damage
to components caused by negligence by any guest of the client. Damage
deposit must be secured by credit card and will be charged for total
damage amount plus labor.
- Z Entertainment, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any contract
for abusive, hostile or inappropriate behavior of any passengers. No
refunds, no exceptions.
- Underage consumption of alcohol and illegal substances are prohibited
in any limousine.
- Z Entertainment, Inc. and its representatives will assume no responsibility
for the actions of any passengers at any time. The person signing the
contract assumes all liability for the actions of all those in the limousine.
- Proper child safety seats are required for all children within state
standards.
- Smoking is not allowed and fees will apply for the cleaning and removal
of odors.
- Occupancy rating of limousines must not be exceeded. Failure to adhere
to this rating will end the contract without refund.
- Additional limousine time may be purchased at the discretion of the
chauffeur. Any additional fees will be paid at the time of service or
will be charged to the client's credit card. Any unscheduled overtime
exceeding thirty minutes will be charged to the client's credit card
as an additional hour of service.
- Chauffeur gratuity is included in fee. You may tip your chauffeur
for exceptional service.
DJ
Services Contract (click

- Deposit is nonrefundable upon cancellation but may be applied to a
future booking.
- Z Entertainment Co. reserves the right to substitute DJ's where necessary.
- The charge for additional hours applies to special setup and breakdown
situations requiring us to be on location more than 1/2 hour before
or after the delivery of entertainment services. This fee is not part
of the fee quoted for entertainment services.
- Additional charges may apply for situations requiring party favors,
additional equipment, or other special services provided.
- Lighting is included in the fee for entertainment services.
- Z Entertainment provides two performers at each event.
- Z Entertainment Co. is not responsible for restrictions placed on
entertainment services by the establishment hosting your event.
